Information used by the service

BentaBook may process account identifiers such as email address, shop membership and permissions, plus shop records entered by authorized users.
Shop records can include products, sales, returns, customers, saved prices, payment status, staff activity and store settings.
BentaBook 可能处理邮箱等账号标识、店铺成员关系与权限，以及获授权用户输入的店铺记录。
店铺记录可能包括商品、销售、退单、客户、保存的价格、付款状态、员工操作和店铺设置。
Device storage and cloud synchronization
设备存储和云端同步
The application uses browser storage for parts of the working experience and can synchronize shop records to the configured cloud service after sign-in.
Access is limited through account authentication, shop membership and configured permissions. Shop owners should grant only the access each staff member needs.
应用会使用浏览器存储来支持部分操作体验，登录后可把店铺记录同步到已配置的云服务。
访问通过账号验证、店铺成员关系和已配置权限进行限制。店铺老板应只授予员工实际需要的权限。

Do not enter information that the shop does not need. Keep account credentials private, review staff access regularly and follow applicable privacy and record-keeping requirements.
