By using BentaBook, users agree to use the workspace responsibly, protect their accounts and verify important business records. These terms are presented in plain language and may be updated as the service develops.
使用 BentaBook 即表示用户同意负责任地使用工作区、保护账号，并核对重要经营记录。以下条款以简单语言呈现，并可能随着服务发展而更新。
Accounts and authorized use
账号和授权使用
Users must provide accurate account information, protect sign-in credentials and use only shops they own or are authorized to access.
用户应提供准确的账号信息、保护登录凭据，并且只访问自己拥有或已获授权的店铺。
Business records and tax documents
经营记录和税务文件
Shop owners remain responsible for checking prices, stock, balances and reports. BentaBook sales notes are internal records and are not official BIR receipts or invoices.
店铺老板仍需负责核对价格、库存、余额和报表。BentaBook 销售单是内部记录，不是官方 BIR 收据或发票。
Availability and responsible operation
可用性和负责任的操作
The service may change as features improve. Users should maintain appropriate business backups and must not use the service to violate laws, access another shop without permission or interfere with the service.
服务可能随着功能改进而变化。用户应保留适当的经营备份，不得违法使用、未经许可访问其他店铺或干扰服务运行。
